Amidst the chaos of this world, it's easy to overlook the blessings God has bestowed upon us. When we become consumed by the mundane, we miss out on the opportunities for forgiveness and healing that God eagerly offers. His desire is to restore not just our bodies, but our minds and spirits, to a state of wholeness.
While you may be dealing with physical illnesses, have you taken time out of your schedule to thank the Lord for His goodness and blessings? Make sure to thank God throughout your day for all He's done. Praise Him in advance for your victories!
The enemy desires to control your mind, but don't let him. The Bible tells us to "cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (see 2 Cor. 10:5). This means whatever wrong thinking you may be allowing (maybe you think you "can't" get rid of this dis-ease in your bodies, or you "can't" move your body because it hurts too much). Start giving these thoughts to God, and BELIEVE and have faith to know that God is bigger than your problems. He wants to heal all your diseases, but begin to speak this over yourself, "I confess that my mind is dominated by the Word of God and that I am under the control of the Holy Spirit! I gird up the loins of my mind by reading my Bible and filling my mind with God's thoughts. God's Word strengthens me and frees my mind from unbelief and lying strongholds. I take God's Word deep into my mind, and it stops the devil from finding access to my life. I declare this by faith in Jesus' name!
This thinking and confessing will start to change your heart, mind, and life and make you whole! You have every opportunity to be healed. Trust God in the process. Don't rush the process. Spend time getting to know your loving Savior; you will be healed in His time!
