My passion and heart are to see you succeed in everything you do.
I have lived life stuck in numbness, struggled with obesity, broke and in debt, and with a mindset that was so negative that I did not know whether or not I was coming or going.
I love being able to get people unstuck from where they are and helping them to see the light at the end of the tunnel as I have been able to.
I have a heart for God, the Father, Jesus, the Son, and the Holy Spirit that works in us! I also have a heart for homeless individuals who have dealt with debt and do not know how to come out of scarcity, and those who deal with chronic pain and have to leave their jobs because of it. I have a heart for those who struggle with figuring out how to love their bodies from the inside out and being okay with who God made them to be.
I have Congestive Heart Failure, Fibromyalgia, and Rheumatoid Arthritis among other things, and as a mother with two teenagers and a four-year-old in the home, it can be very difficult to figure out how to make ends meet and live peaceably in the midst of the pain and struggles.
I have learned to think outside the box and focus on solutions rather than problems, and for that, I choose to share what I have learned so you can find that same joy in realizing the joy we have, the world did not give it to us, and the world cannot take it away.
I am happily married and have been for seven years, and we have eight children altogether, ages ranging from 24 to 4.
The Bible says, "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us" (Eph. 3:20). Because He is able, I choose to trust His Word and refuse to turn back to the place I used to be, and I believe we all have the potential to shine more than we can even imagine as we allow His power to work in us.

Healing Motions for the mind, body, and spirit found in the Word of God
I became a Massage Therapist over thirteen years ago, and the fictitious name I came up with for myself was Healing Motions. That name has stuck with me because as I have moved through the different stages of life, God has shown me how to heal mind, body, and spirit as I move upward to Him and move outward towards others and inward to heal and love myself.
That is my prayer and hope for all mankind to understand the greatest commandment which is "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself' (Matthew 22:37, 39).
